This is a completed set of heads. Have new stainless steel valves, springs, locks, seals, and retainer. They are set of for a hydraulic roller cam engine. They have been completely gone threw and checked. Magnafluxed, fresh valve job, seats and guide checked and replaced if needed. Ready to bolt on.
