FuelTech pressure sensors are great for logging oil pressure, fuel pressure, boost pressure or even exhaust back pressure on a turbo motor. The sensors will require an open ADC port on your ECU or an auxiliary circuit to allow extra data to display on the computer screen and on your datalog files.
