Pair of big block Chevy 3993820 cast iron oval port open chamber 402/454 LS5 cylinder heads. They are remanufactured and ready to bolt on. Fresh valve job, new springs, seals, and locks. They have double spring with a dampener spring. Have about 180-190 lbs of spring pressure. Set up more for a solid cam. Can swap springs if need. Come as pictured.
