Forged from high-strength aluminum, Icon Pistons are lighter than many competitive pistons without sacrificing strength or integrity. Icon Pistons are available in a number of configurations to fit Chevy and Ford V8s. ICON premium forged pistons are made from high-strength, heat-treated T-6 2618 primary aluminum alloy. They feature a diamond-machined skirt, head, mini-grooves, pin bore, gas accumulator, ring grooves, and pressure-drilled pin hole oiling.
